About Us
The owners of Market Square Antiques, first began selling in Fredericksburg, Virginia under the name OC Antiques in 1991 at the Antique Court of Shops. Over a period of years OC Antiques occupied about 2500 square feet, being one of the largest dealers in that shop. In September of 2001 OC Antiques moved into it own 2500sf building at 920 Caroline Street and renamed the shop Market Square Antiques. In 2008 Market Square Antiques expanded again by purchasing the adjacent shop Way Back When at 918 Caroline Street and expanding it total shop area to 7500sf.
"Market Square Antiques" was voted "The Best Antique Shop in Fredericksburg" by the Fredericksburg Guide Book With over 20 well know and experienced antique and collectible dealers making it one of the largest antique and collectibles shops in old town. Market Square Antiques has a large selection of antique furniture in Oak, Mahogany, Pine, Walnut, Cherry, including sets and individual pieces.
